Coordinate inbound and outbound packaging shipments to and from 3 separate warehouse locations Analyze inventory levels and communicate packaging needs between supplier and warehouse locations Introduce new packaging into operation. Supply samples and communicate feedback to vendor for packaging launch Coordinate weekly discussions with suppliers and shippers. Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement.


  • High School diploma with related experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related bachelors degree preferred

  • One (1) year related experience with packaging, logistics or supply chain planning

  • Mathematics, oral and written communication skills

  • Presentation skills with the ability to sell the vision

  • Ability to:

  • Create and maintain professional relationships with all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)

  • Read and understand packaging standards

  • Work independently and as a member of a tea

  • Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast paced environment

  • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized with excellent time management skills

  • Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices

  • Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint (intermediate level)


  • The facilitation of data integrity compliance to ensure packaging informational requirements are met

  • Communication with non-conforming suppliers to provide suggestions to meet compliance

  • Communication with supplier base to ensure the timely implementation and upload of packaging specifications

  • Managing the specification collection, upload and approval process. This includes: Identification of missing packaging specifications

  • Identification of packaging specifications that do not follow best practices in terms of safety, quality, material efficiency, and transportation efficiency

  • Generating Internal and external metrics and reports

  • Responsible for reviewing SOPs to ensure policies are created, updated, and relevant

  • Performs other duties as assigned
