Summary
The Electrification & Application, Senior Manager will be responsible for improving and further building the process of analyzing commercial fleets, EV services, and related technologies. This role will lead the improvement, design, and further implementation of Electric Vehicle advisory services for Ryder customers with internal and external resources. This role requires experience and the ability to analyze data and present recommendations on how/why/when/what/where to electrify a commercial fleet application. Provides regular and proactive communications to cross-functional team members, Ryder customers and Ryder management.

Essential Functions
Actively support the sales process and create quality EV and EVCI solutions and designs
Collects EV & EVCI data and performs analysis
Apply Ryder methodologies and tools to design analysis of customer fleets, routes, application, duty cycle, etc.
Independently identifies process gaps, recommendations, while implementing improvements and showing proactiveness
Establishes and implements performance measures
Provides proposal and presentation support and development
Effectively interacts with customers, Sales and Operations to create value propositions
Confers with cross-functional team to implement efficient and competitive solutions
Manages multiple and complex proposals or projects of varying size
Identifies, coordinates, or manages external solutions, partnerships, and tools as necessary
Additional Responsibilities
10% Travel for industry conferences and Ryder meetings as required
PowerPoint and Excel skills are required
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain
Master's degree preferred in Business for Industrial Engineering
Eight (8) years or more Related experience required
Two (2) years or more in Electric Vehicle field preferred
